Cardinalities – Works Inspired by Orson Scott Card was published as a benefit anthology for Dave Wolverton, an author with deep ties to the Life, the Universe, & Everything symposium. His son had some catastrophic medical bills, so this anthology was produced and sold as a way to help with those bills.
